Lead Director - Fire Engineering

Join a specialist compliance firm working with major property and construction clients in London. They offer a broad range of design driven consultancy services in support of construction and development projects for a across commercial, high–end resi and retail and hotel sectors.

Significant growth in the Fire Engineering business has led to a recent restructure of the team. As a result the company has created a new role for a Director of Fire Engineering to head up the service line, managing the existing Chartered Fire Engineers

This role would be well suited to a Fire Engineer who is an Associate Director or Director level in a practice and is looking for a change, or a Fire Engineer with line management experience who runs a small business and wants to merge with a larger practice.

The business can put together a lucrative package, including a highly competitive basic salary and bonus structure. You will also have complete autonomy over diary, and work location so the role is open to someone working internationally as long as you can still manage the team remotely. This role offers genuine flexibility for someone to be based from home, whilst still being involved in an engaging and dynamic team of specialists.
