Banking and Financial Services Litigation PSL (Professional Support Lawyer), Bristol

Rare opportunity for a Banking and Financial Services Litigation PSL (Professional Support Lawyer) based in central Bristol.

Our client is a top 100 law firm based in central Bristol. They have a large team of litigators who deal with a range of work and are now looking for a PSL to support the team.

This role might suit and experienced litigation lawyer who is looking to make the move into a PSL role or someone who is already working as a PSL but is interested in opportunities in Bristol.

The role will involve external updates, training and tenders and internal training, precedent work, research, knowledge capture and development of technology to support the team. You will be working closely with other PSLs and Knowledge / Business Development Lawyer within the firm. Ideally you will need to have banking or financial services litigation experience including (if possible) regulatory investigations, disputes & enforcements; fixed charge receivers; fraud; litigation & recoveries; and professional negligence, but the firm is also open to receiving applications from more general commercial litigation lawyers.
