Legal Counsel

Based in the heart of the Cotswolds my international US owned client is seeking to recruit a 2-5 year PQE commercial lawyer to join their small but very busy in-house legal function. The role involves the provision of legal support across EMEA as well as localised support in the UK. The majority of the work would be the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a wide variety of commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor working either in private practice or in-house. You will have a proven track record of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, experience of IT contracts is highly desirable. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn as well as having the capacity to thrive in a cross functional and collaborative environment.

Reporting to the General Counsel the role provides a good development opportunity for a lawyer wishing to expand their commercial experience and gain exposure to international work. Genuine flexible working is an option.
