A Property Lawyer is sought for an In-house position with a well known business based in the West Midlands.
Your role will focus on managing a variety of landlord and tenant issues, and you will have responsibility for;
· Reviewing and negotiating leases
· Drafting and serving Break Notices and s27 Notices
· Acquisitions and Disposals
· Relocations
· Licences for Alterations
· Property Litigation
· Advising on Landlord and Tenant issues
This is a great opportunity for a Property Lawyer with upwards of 3 years PQE to move In-house and retain excellent quality work in a busy, growing, and successful business.
We would like to speak to individuals with broad Commercial Property experience and ideally a focus on landlord and tenant matters (tenant side). Any experience in Property Litigation is advantageous but not essential.
The successful individual will work in a team of experienced Lawyers in a relaxed and informal office space, and receive a competitive salary.
