CFO

Axon Moore are delighted to be working with an awarding-winning SaaS based business to recruit their first CFO. Private Equity backed and on a fantastic growth journey this is an excellent opportunity to work with a high performing leadership team, supporting the business as it grows and heads towards its next round of fundraising. Ideally you will have worked in a SaaS/tech start-up and have fundraising experience, bringing to the business expertise around all finance matters. You will have the ability to help develop company strategy and will take full ownership of financial and management accounts, MI, forecasting , planning and reporting. The role will also require someone who is an experienced finance business partner, working closely with the CEO you will lead on further fundraises as well as manage current investor relations. As the first CFO in the business this role brings with it the opportunity to shape and develop the finance function. There is a preference for an ACA/CIMA background and experience in a leadership position is a must. M&A experience and experience of a successful exit would be welcome. Flexible working is available but with the expectation that you will be able to easily access the London head office at least 2 to 3 times per week.
