Head of Operations

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Head of Operations for a growing OEM Manufacturing business near Pontefract, West Yorkshire. The business are looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to help upscale production.

The role will have significant autonomy for running the Production facility. You will have budget responsibility for the operations and drive through improvements across the site. You will have a focus on reducing lead times on projects, helping to drive through improvements in the design, procurement, production and planning departments. The role will help increase Productivity across the site and improve key metrics across quality, cost and safety.

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:

*Degree qualified (ideally in an Engineering discipline)
*An experienced Manager who has worked in an OEM business and a labour intensive organisation
*Tangible examples on the CV of making improvements
*Strategic leader who has the ability to influence change
*Managed large teams of at least 170 people
