We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager in the ?????????????????????North West ?????????????????????region for our Structural Insulation part of the Distribution business, who will assist SIG as we look to increase sales with our major contractors through existing Trading Agreements and relationships with National Main contractors across the UK.

What does the role involve?
As Business Development Manager – Structural Insulation, you will be expected to manage current agreements with our national main contractor partners and manage engagement on all associated main contractor partner projects. You will take the lead in engaging and developing regional, design–led relationships with main contractor offices and identifying, developing and managing relationships with regional contractors at all levels, to make SIG the solution and product supplier of choice with regional contractors.

The successful candidate will require:

Experience within the Structural Insulation part of the construction industry, with a proven track record in delivering results and financial targets
Strong decision–making ability and successful sales management experience, with in depth knowledge and an understanding of and effective sales function and best practices
Excellent business, commercial and financial acumen, with a pragmatic approach
Demonstrable leadership skills, with strategic thinking, influencing and negotiating skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced IT Skills, especially in MS ExcelAbout us???
