This is a 9 month fixed term contract, though we would hope this will continue into more of a permanent role depending on business needs at the time

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
* An accomplished HR professional with experience of aligning and architecting HR practices with business strategy and priorities.
* Experience of championing Great Place to Work priorities and initiatives
* Experience of engaging and empowering leaders to build high performance teams that embrace inclusion.
* Experience of putting the colleague experience at the heart of what they do
* Facilitating change
* Chartered member of the CIPD or equivalent experience
