A local authority based in Herefordshire are looking for a Development Director to join their team. This is a temporary vacancy which is ongoing.
The main purpose of the role is to develop a new homes development strategy which will lay out the ambition for the Council's mix of property tenure, size and type
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;
Previous experience within development management at a senior level.
The client are looking for the following qualifications:
RTPI.
