Interim L&D/LMS Project Manager (Knowledge Manager) – Financial Services – London

Your new role
As part of the wider Talent team, a fast moving and expanding team responsible for new projects in 2021 that will impact the global business. As the lead Talent/LMS PM you will work with the wider projects team to implement and embed a new LMS enabling employees to access mentoring, secondment and job shadowing. Defining and implementing user journeys ensuring the LMS integrates effectively with existing L&D and development systems and resources.
A key role throughout the implementation cycle from leading design, working with vendors and testing the system. Managing a global pilot and ultimately leading the phased roll out of the LMS to Global businesses.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working on implementation projects and user journeys across regions and countries. Ability to partner and influence across diverse stakeholders including difficult decision making.
LMS SME with experience gained in a similarly large complex matrix environment.
