Flexible location as there are offices in Plymouth, Milton Keynes & London

The Position

Facilitate the delivery of a pipeline of projects across the country, in line with key performance
targets.

Promote the culture, aims and ambitions of the organisation both internally and with external
partners.

Oversee the successful and effective legal, procurement and project management of the
development schemes to agreed timescales, standards and budgets, in compliance
with statutory and funders requirements.

Engage with the management team to ensure that offers accepted are
contracted in a timely way and that collaboration agreements, leases, purchase contracts,
S106 agreements and other documentation is agreed prior to exchange of contracts.

Support the asset management and sales programmes in line with key
performance indicators.

Support the success of the strategic objectives through the delivery of:
– timely and accurate reports
– information on Projects
– Build programmes in line with contractual targets
– Funding tranches in accordance with the requirements of long–term delivery
funder

Play a key role in promoting and supporting the growth of the business and the refinement of
systems, processes, and policies.

Undertake other key responsibilities as required by your line manager, the board and chief
executive.
