Senior Project Manager
Location – Rainham Essex with projects across London and the South East
Salary – GBP70,000 – GBP80,000 dependant on experienece plus package car etc
My client is currently working on a number of drainage, earthworks, and civils packages which include piling and infrastructure such as access roads and drainage. The purpose of the role is to manage the civils element of the business and all civils projects as the lead Senior Project Manager for Civils
The company can be broken down into three sectors Earthworks, Groundworks and Civils with you spearheading the civils department
Key requirements:
* An established Project Manager or contracts Manager with a strong background in management on a GBP25M+ civils project
* Managing the succesful delivery of the programme and reporting back to senior management
* Problem solving
* Ensuring that all works are completed to both a timely and satisfactory standard, including liaising with the client
* A high level of organisation & planning skills
* Previous experience in resource allocation, preparation of risk assessments & method statements
* A passion to ensure health & safety regulations are being adhered to
