Head of Supply Chain Projects

I'm delighted to be partnering with this fast–growing e–commerce food SME that provides healthy, innovative & delicious dinners to UK nation straight to their door. The company is absolutely thriving & they're looking to have four sites by the end of this year & grow even further by end of 2022.

I'm looking for a Head of Supply Chain Projects to help them continue booming & find more areas for success. This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Director leading a team of Supply Chain professionals managing operational improvements & being responsible for developing & implementing the right supply chain processes that will lead the business to continuous success.

Day to day bits:

Responsible for projects that improve end–to–end supply chain performance

Managing end–to–end supply chain capabilities

Taking charge of & finding new areas for improvement

Identifying opportunities & setting a plan in place for progression & executing it

Working alongside the tech team to develop the correct facilities within the business

Juggling & managing several projects within supply chain at once

I'm looking for:

Senior Management experience in broad supply chain project management (e.g. S&OP improvements, SC systems implementations, network design etc)

Strong background in consultancy + operational industry background (Food Production is a MUST)

Food Retail & E–commerce experience is very much desirable

Supply Chain tech experience desirable

Bachelor's Degree as a minimum qualification

Confident leader, hands–on problem–solver & results–driven professional

Strong ERP system knowledge is required
