We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst, with a key focus on Customer Services, you will be responsible for the highest profile and most complex reviews of business and IT systems to ensure processes and software deliver effective performance
You will be required to perform strategic planning and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers.
Your work will result in the implementation of new development of workflow processes as well as enhancements to existing systems and you will be responsible for the success of these work packages.
Essential:
Proven ability of using strategic thinking and developing innovative solutions
Engaging all levels of an organisation and lead in designing solutions
Proven background in delivering solutions across an entire organisation
Significant experience within customer service programmes
Track record of applying change management techniques to support implementation of solutions
Substantial experience of system or process analysis
Substantial experience of business requirements gathering
