Your work will range from stand-alone tax advisory mandates to transaction linked advice. You will work closely with colleagues across the offices including international offices and in particular from the private equity, funds, corporate, real estate, projects, and banking teams. The Corporate Tax team is closely aligned to the firm's key sectors including technology, media and communications; real estate and infrastructure; financial services; and healthcare and life sciences.

This is a role that would suit a City tax lawyer with a strong academic and professional pedigree and the right blend of technical know-how, commercial savvy and strong interpersonal skills.
