Our high-growth technology client require an Interim CFO for 3-6 months initially, supporting them in preparation, and then further leading their US listing. The role will be based in London, with a balance of working from home and office working when restrictions lift.

- Reviewing, amending and professionalising the financial accounts, controls and policies to US listing standards
- Prepare the company for a US listing; ensure the controls are SOX compliant, liaise with appropriate regulators and auditors to ensure full compliancy,
- Develop insightful and coherent reporting for investors, being self-reliant to draw relevant information from the ERP System
- Prepare the IPO prospectus ensuring all internal and external communication deadlines are met
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Demonstrable experience within a NASDAQ/ NYSE listed organisation; either leading, or supporting the IPO process as number 1 within finance (either via the traditional method, or reversing into a SPAC)
- Strong blend of hands-on technical and commercial expertise to formulate appropriate controls, and translate into external reports for IPO best practice
- Technology, software or SaaS experience is preferable with understanding of the recurring revenue model
