Construction Litigation Solicitor

Construction Litigation Solicitor. BCL Legal is working alongside a highly ranked national practice, seeking to recruit a construction litigation solicitor to join their team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigation solicitor with an interest in construction work or a construction litigation specialist to get involved with high quality, complex, advisory adjudication and litigation work for a top tier construction litigation team.

The construction litigation team undertake all aspects of contentious construction work for clients across a range of sectors including renewable energy, development, leisure, regeneration, retail & commercial property. Within these sectors clients include:

- energy providers and renewable energy corporations,
- major developers,
- public sector bodies,
- banks,
- social housing developer,
- contractors and consultants.

This role is ideally suited to construction litigation solicitors with at least one years' post-qualified experience. However, given the nature of the work more experienced solicitors with more general litigation experience with an interest in construction litigation are welcome and encouraged to apply.
