**We want a stable sales manager either taking a sideways step or no the up but you MUST have the desire and ability (or experience) to take on technical solutions and excellent man management experience where you have overseen process improvement and growth!**

The Person we are looking for; will have a stable cv and be able to talk through growth and ales structure through a 4–6 year period!

The Role:
– Managing directly a team of 5–6 internal sales related people
– Managing 3 Sales Manager in European countries with possibly 10 indirect reports
– Managing process, efficiencies, sales, turnover and growth across Europe
– To sort out the UK side in the 1st instance – A hub with huge potential but needs some TLC and some structure, recalibration and some start dust
– MONTH 1 to 4 – to watch, listen, learn, get stuck in and understand what has been ging on and what hasn't been going on and Formulate a new plan to evolve the UK team into a winning machine.
– To present the plan to the European Sales Director in Month 4. Present your findings, challenges and solutions – Agree – Then DELIVER
– Office based Senior Sales Management role in Warwickshire to run the whole of Internal Technical Sales Europe.
– Develop the existing CRM into a gold mine of relevant contacts and opportunities and transparent pipeline information and reporting tools.
– Recruit (If necessary) train and develop Teams in the UK and Europe.
YOU MUST:
– Be very customer centric, Sales director level or just below
– Be able to build long term pipelines and manage internal stake holders
– Be able to learn, want to learn and pick up technical information
– You HAVE to be consultative and be an awesome relationship builder
– Driven, hungry, motivated achiever with ambition
