Business Development Manager required due to continued growth, working with one of the UK's market leaders in refrigeration and cooling solutions.
The business is a well known, respected and established refrigeration manufacturer, primarily focussing on industrial applications providing sales, design, service and installation across food, bev, process and heavy industrial markets.
You will join the already successful service division, in a business known for career development, freedom and rewarding opportunities for personal and professional growth.
As the Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager, you will initially target new business across the central Midlands, branching out into the North M62 region to the Southern Midlands area, targeting end user customer across food, bev, pharma and manufacturing, offering refrigeration/ cooling service and maintenance.
We're looking for a passionate and driven BDM/ Sales Manager to work in a traditional sales/ business development focussed position, cold calling, making introductions and managing accounts until large enough to then be passed into Key Account Management.
As the Business Development/ Sales Manager, you will posses a track record of sales success, ideally having sold a service or intangible product, however we are very considerate of other products down to the individuals attitude and desire.
