Robosol Software UK Limited is a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Nav, CRM, Dynamics 365 and Office 365 solutions. We work with several leading Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing companies in the UK.
We are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Nav Functional Executive to join our team reporting to Nav practice head. The objective of this role is to assist the business in presales as well implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Nav.

Job Description:
Robosol is looking for young talented individuals to join our fast–growing team in a range of varied roles, if you have a background of software systems and business functions in sales, purchase, and stock management we want to hear from you.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
* To Project Manage implementation of Dynamics Nav including coordinating with the customers and development team
* Carry out business process analysis
* To provide training to the customers on Dynamics Nav
* Assist the sales team from time to time on Demos
* Take ownership of problems, perform a diagnosis and fix issues remotely or on–site
* Provide data analysis and report writing skills to the various business groups and help streamline group reporting
Qualifications:
• 5 GCSEs grades A*–C/9–4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
* Experience of Dynamics Nav is ideal but not necessary as Robosol will provide training on Microsoft Dynamics Nav and other systems to the candidate.
* The candidate must have experience on working on any accounting package.
* Must have a good understanding of Business functions in Sales, Purchase, Stock Management and ideally
* Proficiency at using MS Excel, MS Office
* Good understanding of Software Systems, not to a technical level but a good top–level understanding is required
Personal qualities:
* High confidence in dealing with users
* Attention to details and ability to understand business processes
* Excellent communicator
* Good Documentation skills
* Experience across multiple industries.
Future prospects:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.
Training to be provided:
The Estio Training programme gives young people the opportunity to get hands on experience in the IT industry whilst still employed in a real paid job with no cost or debt.
Learners will receive eight weeks of intensive training. Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive continual coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated Skills Development Coach who will be there to ensure that they get the most from their work experience.
This apprenticeship will give you a Level 4 IS Business Analyst Standard with training in areas such as:
* Functional skills, Maths L2 and English L2
* Software Platforms and Tools
* Business Analyst Practice
* Business Process Modelling
* Requirement Analysis
Some of these modules will include an option to take an examination in order to receive a professional certificate
