M&A Transactions Senior Manager/Assistant Director

An exciting opportunity to help strengthen and develop an M&A Transaction Services practice for a boutique advisory firm in London! Our client, a rapidly growing boutique advisory firm is looking to bring on board a senior M&A Transactions professional to help grow their Transactions offering in London.

The firm have an incredibly successful track record in deal advisory and restructuring work in the UK and across Europe and now believe adding another senior person to the team in London is the right next step.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager who wants the same technical complexity as the Big 4 projects, however, in an agile, entrepreneurial environment that will drive you in your career and provide a platform for personal growth and success.

As a part of the 15–20 person team, you'll have a high amount of exposure on client side and pitching for business whilst also delivering technically on projects, so this role will challenge you whilst providing a high level of responsibility.

Requirements for the role:

7+ years of big 4 audit and transaction services experience
Extensive experience in Financial due diligence projects ideally with exposure to both Corporate and Private Equity deals
Commercial acumen and a proven ability to win business
European languages are advantageous, however, not essential
ACA qualification (or equivalent) from a big 4 firm
