We are proud to be working with one of the fastest–growing businesses in the region as they embark on a large digital transformation project. The Head of Design will drive user experience, build and manage teams, and be a pivot point between content, tech, and the user.
As the Head of Design, you will have a substantial opportunity to influence the day–to–day development of products and contribute to an industry–leading platform. To be effective in this role you will need to be an effective leader, well versed in building balanced teams across multiple disciplines.
This role is a remote position but visits to their head office for meetings will be required, perhaps once or twice a month depending on your location.
Requirements
* Strong experience of UI/UX Design principles
* Fully proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe creative suite, etc.
* Experience working in the omni–channel arena
* An organised and effective leader, building teams
* Experience working across multiple different platforms
* Experience running workshops and usability testing sessions
* Experience building and managing high performing teams
* An impressive portfolio demonstrating modern design ideally in a retail/brand environment
* Strong experience in a commercial retail environment
Benefits and Package
As the Head of Design, you will receive a salary of GBP60,000+ depending on experience. In addition, you will receive many corporate benefits including a pension scheme, company car, health insurance, and 25 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays.
