Catch 22 are excited to be partnered with a commercial professional services organisation based in Leeds City Centre to support with their search for a Head of Facilities Management. Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Head of Facilities will be responsible for all aspects of facilities management for the Firm.

The Head of Facilities will be tasked with maintaining all premises occupied by the firm in accordance with the relevant Leases and to the high standards expected of a professional services firm. Manage those premises and the services associated with front of house, back office and catering/cleaning, improving working conditions and creating a safe and inclusive working environment for staff.

Main responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a Facilities Strategy across the business.

* Own, oversee and report on budgets within the Facilities department and associated projects.

* Manage the safe delivery of all aspects of both hard and soft facilities across the Firm including front of house to provide consistently high levels of performance and service.

* Manage the delivery of facilities and related projects such as refurbishments and space layout changes.

* Manage all facilities based contracts including renewals and negotiation of contracts.

* Manage lease cars and car parking both client and Partners

* Deliver an effective maintenance programme for our facilities, including planned and reactive maintenance of all building services, plant and fabric.

* Manage H&S Compliance across the estate in relation to Facilities with regulations and quality standards

* Manage third party suppliers in accordance with our various regulations and quality standards.

* Business Continuity – Maintain continuity of facilities related business requirements and the recovery and reinstatement of premises as part of disaster recovery.

* Implement, manage and control of Health and Safety Management systems to ensure H&S compliance across our office, acting as the main point of contact for external authorities.

* Contractor Management – including procurement and management of the PSL

* Coach and develop Facilities teams to contribute positively to strategic business objectives.

* Liaise with Senior Operations Team and HODs when working on projects to ensure an understanding across business boundaries and to minimise disruption.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Facilities will have a broad understanding of business operations, proven facilities and project management experience, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, good communication skills in oral written form, team management experience, and problem solving abilities. The candidate will be experienced in H&S (NEBOSH) and will have significant experience in managing within a professional services firm.

In return, our client is offering a salary of GBP60,000 per annum plus a generous bonus package
