They now seek to further develop their Litigation presence further with the appointment of an experienced litigator to assist with the current workload and play a key role in developing and expanding the Firm's client base.

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum five year's post-qualified experience within private practice with extensive Property Litigator with experience in renewals; boundary disputes; estoppel; rights of way and covenant disputes coupled with a sound knowledge of law and practice in this specialist area

For the right candidate, a clear and transparent track to partnership is available as is direct partnership entry for those able to demonstrate commercial awareness with a business development aptitude.
