The position of Head of Retail for our client is a truly fantastic opportunity to join at a pivotal time in their growth. This is a critical role within the business to help optimise potential and performance and drive through the level of change required to succeed. There is a real focus on playing a key role in supporting a true omni channel operator.
Operating with a tenacious approach and driven to succeed, we are looking for an inspirational leader to also work cross functionally in a truly hands on and collaborative manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for a national portfolio of stores across – Sales and EBITA improvement.
Create a high performance and results driven culture but through the right behaviours.
Ensure your teams truly deliver customer excellence through the channels to enable success.
As part of the Senior Leadership team contribute to the overall business performance.
Deliver an agenda of change and be relentless in making this happen.
About you:
Experience of leading field teams within a truly multi–channel retail environment (fast paced sales experience would be an advantage).
A strong flexible leadership style but where collaboration is key
Can demonstrate delivering and sustaining successful change programmes.
Be prepared to bring ideas and inspiration to different levels of stakeholders
Value the importance of self development and constant desire to look for ways to learn, adapt and change.
