Head of Patents – Electronics / Engineering – Bristol

We are pleased to be working on a rare opportunity for an experienced patent attorney, to head up the patent attorney department in Bristol!

This is a brand new position where you will be able to bring in fresh ideas on how to grow the patent attorney practice and be part of an exciting new project.

To be considered for this role, you must be a dual qualified attorney (CPA and EPA) and have expertise in electronics, engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), software, physics or a similar subject, in order to be able to takeover the portfolio of work that is on offer. In addition to taking over the existing portfolio of work, the successful candidate will be expected to devote time for business development, to grow the department and create new business links.

Our client will give serious consideration to those currently operating at Senior Associate level and looking to make the step up to Partnership, as well as patent attorneys who are currently operating at Partner level.
