As an awarding body, they are committed to recognising learner achievement through units and qualifications which are flexible and responsive to the needs of individuals and communities.
They are currently looking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer to deliver further step–change in the growth, transformation and development of the charity. Candidates will have an entrepreneurial and business approach, inspirational leadership qualities and experience of implementing high level strategy. Supporting a team of experts to develop accessible and quality assured curriculum for individual learners, employers and communities in Wales, you will be committed to maintaining high quality outcomes and promoting bilingualism.
The Role
In conjunction with the Board, to set the strategic direction of Agored Cymru
To sustain and develop further Agored Cymru's reputation for excellent service delivery and operational performance
To grow Agored Cymru's business and continue to develop its entrepreneurial ethos,
To develop and lead Agored Cymru's senior management team
To oversee finances to ensure Agored Cymru's sound financial healthThe Candidate:
Candidates will have an entrepreneurial and business approach, inspirational leadership qualities and experience of implementing high level strategy. Supporting a team of experts to develop accessible and quality assured curriculum for individual learners, employers and communities in Wales, you will be committed to maintaining high quality outcomes and promoting bilingualism.
