R13 are pleased to be working with a growing software company in their search for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Doncaster. Within this role you will drive client's sales, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales. You develop key relationships with clients and play a senior role in overall product development.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous business development experience and experience selling SaaS products, to join a fast–paced profitable company with fantastic scope for growth including building your own business development team.

Duties to include:

* Creating, developing and implementing the company's sales strategy.

* Generating new business opportunities with prospective clients.

* Building and maintain strong working relationships with key clients.

* Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets.

* Liaising with internal teams to develop products & services.

* Managing marketing & supporting materials to generate and close sales.

* Creating case studies that will in turn aide the sales process.

You will have/be:

* Proven business development experience.

* Experienced in selling software solutions and SaaS products.

* Proactive in your communication style and able to build rapport quickly.

* Self–assured, driven, able to make decisions and take responsibility for them.

* Able to think strategically and be hands–on to execute a plan.

* Results–orientated, organised and able to meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

* Relationships and knowledge of the job board market would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a full time, permanent role with an offered salary of GBP40,000 + OTE. Benefits of this role include generous commission package + contributory pension, 25 days' holiday plus public holidays and free gym membership.
