Business Analyst (outside IR35)

Must Have

• Experience in R&D IT solutions in life sciences, Chemical or agribusiness industry at least 5 years eg clinical trials solutions, data capture solution, digitisation initiatives etc.
• Extremely good Influencing, presentation and Innovation skills.
• Support user training and user training material creation.
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
• Value chain digitisation project experience

Should Have

• Work with project managers Partner with project managers to complete requirements documentation in accordance with project schedule.
• Documentation of elicited user/functional requirements and traceability artifacts.
• Collaborating with architecture to finalize infrastructure and non-functional requirements.
• Working as part of a cross functional team, including business stakeholders and quality managers
• Significant project delivery and business analysis experience.
• Familiarity with business analysis professional best practices IIBA/BCS certification highly desirable.
• Experience of working with Agile project management framework

Nice to have

• Good level of the other foreign (EU) language eg Portuguese, German, Italian, French, Spanish would be a strong asset.
