Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Surrey
Salary: GBP45– GBP50k plus incentive / commission Package
Our client based in North Surrey, specialising in Commercial Fit Out Interiors projects, have created a new vacancy for an experienced Business Development Manager, sharing leads and working in conjunction and collaboratively with the Sales Director.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Ideally they will have worked in a similar sector within construction / interiors market and be commercially aware.
Responsibilities
* Identify partnership opportunities
* Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
* Maintain and expand existing business
* Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
* 3 – 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal–oriented
This position is both include both field and telesales activity, candidates should be confident working face to face and over the telephone, they will be professional and well presented, due to the location of the office it is essential that all applicants have their own transport.
