THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a respected firm in their Milton Keynes office. Handling a full range of Commercial Real Estate matters the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience handling Landlord and Tenant law including commercial leases, sales/purchases and lease renewal work alongside some corporate support matters. Experience acting for developers would be beneficial but is not essential. It is expected that the successful candidate will have excellent academics and strong ambition for career development. Applications are welcomed from Commercial Real Estate Solicitors with a passion for real estate law, you will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in this area of law..
THE CANDIDATE: You will have sound Commercial Real Estate experience gained with a recognised Commercial Real Estate practice. You will be able to offer a commercial and practical approach alongside sound financial awareness as well as the confidence and ability to communicate at a senior level. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and marketing skills and will have the enthusiasm and capability to develop contacts for the unit and the firm. A team player you will be able to quickly slot into a friendly and highly successful business unit. Strong negotiation skills and exceptional organisational ability are a pre-requisite. You will be hard-working, out-going and a good team player with experience of working in a city or medium/large regional practice.
