Your new company is a Top 10 Accounting firm, based in the heart of London, with easy transport links around the country. The firm has established itself across the Risk Consulting space and has amassed some amazing clients in various sectors from Financial Services, to Commerce & Industry to Public Sector. This position will be a great way to gain knowledge from the Directors and Partner for the Risk team in a well established part of the business.
Your new role
In your new role as Risk Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for everything from managing assignments, to assisting clients on the creation of risk-based internal audit plans, to line managing junior members of the team.
As a Manager in the team - you will also be responsible for assisting with resource planning, and attending audit and risk committees for clients where this is agreed. As the position is within practice, Managers are also expected to assist with business development efforts, building the client base within specified target sectors.
You will need to be able to travel around London and the South to visit various clients, though the majority are within London itself.

What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with Internal Audit and/or Risk
- Prior experience within an accounting practice would be ideal but not a prerequisite
- Experience with, or aptitude for, line management of junior staff
- Business development appetite
