Exciting career opportunity,joining a leading global supplier of high quality Interconnect products and solutions in the position of Business Development Manager.
Based in Central Europe you will be be responsible for the overall business development of the region working with direct OEM accounts to develop existing components sales and executive level customer relationships, You will develop new project pipelines increase profit and manage a growing pipeline of significant opportunities. You will own short and long term sales plans for the region.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in a field based ,Account Management / Key Account ,Business Development role and Selling Interconnect products and concepts based around technical engineered solutions. You will have an in depth understanding of Interconnect and connector solutions with international sales experience with a strong record of accomplishment against sales objectives and timescales.
Strong Commercial and Technical knowledge of the electronic components industry and ability to communicate that knowledge.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact and influence key contacts.
Fluent English and able / willing to travel internationally as required
This is not a UK based role. Ideal Locations France, Germany, Italy, Spain ,Portugal, Holland and Eastern Europe.
