With over 30 years' experience within the construction industry, a specialist business that has gone from strength to strength within the modular construction industry, proudly delivering bespoke modular projects for their clients, tailored to match their exact needs are seeking a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to covering the Midlands and North of the UK. You will receive a salary of up to GBP60,000 Basic + Bonus (based from fees generated) + Company Car (OTE GBP80,000 – GBP90,000), Bonus % based from fees generated (Uncapped earnings), Company Car, Pension and Private Healthcare.
As a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager you will:
Be responsible for driving sales of the company's bespoke modular solutions to a large cross section of the construction industry, winning projects within the Commercial, Education, Health, Armed Forces, Residential or Prison Service sectors.
Guide the internal telesales team to help you convert appointments / incoming enquiries / leads to generate business as well as building relationships with key decision makers from historic accounts and to drive new streams of revenue into the business.
Work with project managers and designers to provide the best solutions to meet the client's needs.
We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a Sales, Account Manager, Business Development, Construction, Building, Modular, Portable buildings, welfare accommodation, Site accommodation, Commercial, Residential, education or Offsite construction role.
Proven track record within a field sales role.
Strong track record within the Modular Construction industry.
Strong relationship builder and business developer.
Customer service focused.
Self–disciplined & highly organised individual.
You will be joining a privately owned family business that is able to provide a turnkey service, from initial consultation to installation, offering a variety of modular solutions, from a single storey temporary structure to a large–scale permanent office building or school extension that is both high quality and competitively priced.
