Residential Conveyancing Locum, 3+ PQE, Somerset - Busy high street practise requires holiday cover for two weeks in August. Office based role.
JOB TITLE: Locum Residential Conveyancing Solicitor PQE: 3+ LOCATION: Somerset
THE ROLE: A busy high street practice requires the services of an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to assist them on a locum basis for the last two weeks of August. The successful Residential Conveyancer will take a pro-active approach to progressing the caseload in the absence of the fee earner and ensuring the exceptional levels of client care are maintained during this period. Transactions will be at very stages of progress, therefore the appointed locum will be sufficiently experienced to hit the ground running.
THE CANDIDATE: A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Filex with upwards of 3 years PQE, you will be well versed in all aspects of residential conveyancing, from instruction to completion. You will have diary availability in August and will be willing to base yourself in the Somerset office of the firm for the duration of the assignment as the role requires the successful locum to perform their duties within the office environment.
