Head of Corporate Development

Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a top-quality PE backed business in the process of embarking on a buy and build strategy. As such we are looking for a Head of Corporate Development.

We need a driven, high calibre individual to drive the M&A programme and enable the ambitious growth plans to be achieved. This is an incredible opportunity to take on a high-profile internal M&A role for a high growth, PE backed business at the early stages of their buy and build programme.

Working closely with the CFO, CEO and the Private Equity house, you will have overall responsibility for all elements of the M&A process ranging from origination, Due Diligence and financial modelling through to completion, subsequent integration into the Group as well as ongoing strategic input.

This role would be ideally suited to either a first time mover from practice, ideally from a Corporate Finance/TS background with strong ‘Buy Side’ experience coupled with good modelling skills. Alternatively the role could be well suited to someone already working within an ‘In House’ M&A role looking to take their next career step.

Given the importance of this role to the overall strategy of the Group, there is equity available for the successful candidate as well as an attractive salary and bonus package.
