Head of Engineering – Temporary Works
Central London (Flexible Working)
Circa GBP80,000 Plus Bonus & Benefits
Our client are actively looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced temporary works design engineer into the role of Head of Engineering, a new role for the company to aid their growth and strengthen their management team. They're a temporary works specialist company, based in Central London.
It's a flexible working environment, where work–from–home and flexibility on hours is something that's the norm and will be into the future.
To be considered for this role, you should a temporary works design engineer who's chartered (ICE or IStructE) working at least at senior engineer level for either a consultancy or contractor.
The role will entail hands–on design on highly technical, large scale projects with various clients. Also you'll be responsible for assisting the management and mentoring of more junior engineers and taking a lead with client relationships. There are opportunities to get involved in all areas of the business and help their continued growth.
It's a very attractive opportunity for a manager of a design team, or a senior engineer who is ready to make the step up and progress into a key position within a well–respected company, where you'll be well rewarded.
