HR Business Partner

I am seeking an HR Business Partner to join a small growing and fast paced financial services firm. They are looking for a commercially focussed and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner with a proven track record of supporting senior stake holders and line managers across organisation globally. Whilst the majority of the employees are based within the UK, the organisation also has presence across Europe and Asia. As the role forms part of a small HR function reporting into the Head of HR the role requires someone who is comfortable operating on both a tactical and strategic basis.

• Liaise with the different business areas on the HR agenda, ensuring stakeholders understand their roles and accountabilities to embed HR and people initiatives.
• Ensures all people related activity that is planned aligns to current and future business needs and raises any concerns or issues accordingly.
• Leads on all aspects of Employee relations including ensuring compliance with regulations, policy updates and manage disciplinary & grievance processes.
• Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle including employee engagement, learning and talent management
• Assist with regular HR Audits & Risk Assessments

• Previous experience of working within a small/medium size financial services firm as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
• Some experience of managing international locations desirable.
• The ability to work well in a changing/fast paced environment with a good mix of strategic and operational skills.
• Experience in setting, rolling out and thoroughly embedding HR and people related agendas and policies.
• CIPD membership or equivalent qualification.
