Programme Manager, Real Estate Investment Management, Yardi, MI, Data

Our client is a leading Investment Management company and has an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their Global MI Programme within the Real Estate business.

The organisation has recently completed the rollout of a global operating property management and accounting platform based on Yardi Voyager 7S. In order to optimize and consolidate data being managed on this platform, a global MI programme has been established that aims to introduce the governance required to establish reliable, accurate, consistent and timely data to support global analysis and reporting requirements.

They are seeking an individual with comprehensive knowledge of the real estate investment market as well as experience of data aggregation projects and ideally Yardi Voyager 7S product implementations. The successful candidate will be required to guide the programme, advising the business on key design decisions, leading business requirements sessions, establishing the KPI definition process and managing project delivery activities related to data analysis and technical solution design, test and deployment as well as communicating effectively with steering committee members, business representatives, business analysts and technical development staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of the Global MI programme, providing strategic advice on the project's direction and approach;
  • Develop project plans, track progress and report status to project working groups as well as programme steering committee;
  • Report into senior stakeholders, chair meetings and ensure project is delivered on time and on budget;
  • Management of project activities including the distribution and tracking of work in progress amongst other project team members;
  • Work with the global team on defining required KPIs and their related outputs, analysis and reporting requirements;
  • Define and manage the process of requirements gathering and documentation of a global KPI library outlining calculation logic, attribution/dimension as well as data mapping rules across all regions;
  • Manage testing of KPI calculations and outputs;
  • Establish data governance and processes around data capture/import, validation, storage and output generation.
