Senior Real Estate Finance / Debt Analyst (FRENCH) - OUR CLIENT - is a real estate private equity investor and Has instructed us on a brand new hire - They have a proven track record of delivery within the real estate sector and focusses on investment and asset management of commercial real estate across Europe. As a result of continued growth and investment pipeline they are currently seeking a high calibre Senior analyst to join their notable real estate finance and investment team. THE ROLE - As their Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing debt modelling and corporate finance on new acquisitions.
  • Cashflow optimization assistance / working capital requirements across multiple investments.
  • Investment performance monitoring and underwriting and suggesting improvements.
  • Managing and building relationships with lenders.
  • Portfolio management assistance / Analysis of returns.
  • Updating fund and individual investment business plans in relation to value-add investments.
  • Consolidated Fund Model Return Forecasting (e. consolidating individual investment business plans into a fund model).
  • Improving asset level returns by working with asset management.
  • Working on portfolio exits and corporate finance opportunities.


THE PERSON - YOU MUST be a Native French speaker who has accrued 2-4 years' experience in an analytical / Excel-based Real Estate finance role(s) in a debt fund or debt capital markets team and possess a working knowledge of financing termsheets, facility agreement execution and have the start of a lender network. Additionally, you will have expertise in advanced Excel modelling including building, improving and running cases within Excel models. You will have had exposure to real estate financing, structures and debt. Additionally, you will possess strong presentation /PowerPoint skills - This role will provide an exciting opportunity for driven, hardworking individuals to work in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
