Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services – M&E – Residential – Essex/London
Talent Builders are recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for an established Mechanical & Electrical contractor who have built enviable reputation for delivering outstanding projects across the residential and commercial sectors. Projects range in value from GBP750,000 up to GBP(phone number removed).

Key responsibilities of the role:
?? Holding regular progress meetings and issuing timely progress reports
?? Site Manager & Site Supervisor management & development
?? Managing labour resources against programme
?? Keeping of site files and ensuring up to date
?? Production of RAMs and ensuring our Site Managers are checking operatives/sub–contractors are working to RAMS
?? Building client relationships
?? Monitoring standard of sub–contractor workmanship
?? Closely managing programme of works
?? Site cost control
?? Preparing for and attending monthly trading review meeting
Qualifications
?? CSCS
?? SMSTS
Salary: GBP80,000
