Cultural fit is as important as the key requirement for the job. What are they looking for?
  • Experience in managing the day-to-day of an accounts department but with the breadth of experience to understand the corporate financing world.
  • Qualified accountant at least 5 years PQE.
  • Eagerness to get involved in the strategy and leadership of Mattress Online,
  • working with the CEO, COO, Head of Digital, and Head of Marketing, driving the business forward to gain profitable market share.
  • You will have a can-do attitude, with a no job too small mindset whilst seeing the bigger picture.
Most importantly they are looking for someone with a growth mindset, who sees problems as opportunities, happy to roll their sleeves up and someone who leaves their ego at the door.
