Stanford Real Estate Partners are working with a Pan–European asset manager with over $10bn AUM. Due to new acquisitions and workload, they require a Finance Manager to join their London office to manage reporting on their extensive portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage and review monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and close process
Oversee and prepare monthly accounting packs, including reviewing and approving all property manager's financials
Monthly, in–depth Trial Balance analysis and manage queries, variances and reconciliation items
Ensure that variances are explained and corrections rectified
Oversee all property–related financial queries from internal and external stakeholders
Prepare financial reports for monthly meetings, including conducting detailed analysis on unallocated cash, suspense accounts etc.
Lead and mentor property managers and their teams.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with extensive asset reporting experience. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with strong management and technical accounting ability. Experience of working with Yardi would be highly advantageous, however not a prerequisite
