Description

Own the programme/project governance structure, reporting cycles/output, finance & change control and resourcing processes.

Chair the weekly Programme/Project wide status call/meeting.

Understand and meet the expectations of programme/project sponsors by ensuring the sponsors receive the right information at the right time regarding programme/project performance; and providing periodic summaries of the holistic status of progress to key stakeholders.

Own the overall programme/project plan and milestone definitions providing cross-capability and cross-functional coordination.

Work with the Technology Architecture team and the Finance team to balance the trade-offs between timeline and budget consumption and value delivery; and make appropriate recommendations to the Transformation Programme Office.

Be responsible for providing management with the visibility of issues, risks, changes and plan slippage.

Work with internal teams to maintain visibility of critical communication and people related milestones.

Profile

Ideally 5+ years' experience working as either a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager

Must have experience working in either the Retail/Supply Chain or FMCG sectors

Demonstrable experience working with senior leadership teams

Proven experience working and delivering multiple projects/programmes at one time

The ideal candidate will have worked on both non-IT and IT enabled change programmes

Must be able to work on site 3 days per week
