CFO - HIGH GROWTH TECH BUSINESS

Your new company
I am working a fast growing tech businesses in London that specialize in developing the software for in-game advertising. They are a VC backed tech businesses that have completed series A funding and preparing for series B funding. The business is growing at an exceptional pace and are now in a position to bring in their first finance hire. The founder is looking for a CFO/Finance Director that is looking to get involved in scaling and helping the business grow.

Your new role
As of 2020, the business has been revenue generating and are expecting to more than triple their growth for 2021; with the aim of either exiting the business or preparing for IPO. Revenue is generated from multiple countries, predominantly from the US and UK, along with other countries and territories such as Russia, Turkey, British Virgin Islands and many more. As this is a fast growing business the founders are on the lookout for candidates that have joined fast growing tech businesses in their start-up phase, who have been able to scale the business, set up controls and processes while working closely with board members and key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
My clients are looking to speak to candidates who have gone through multiple rounds of funding, prepared a tech based business for sale/exit or have gone through the IPO process. You will need to be a chartered accountant with hands on experience in scaling a fast growing tech business.
