International manufacturer in the Chester area is recruiting an interim site accountant for 6 months.
Your new company
Internationally owned manufacturer based in the Chester area. The site is currently undergoing a period of exciting growth and change.
Your new role
Leading a small, yet experienced finance team, you'll be responsible for all financial activities within the site and reporting to group. This will include monthly management accounts production, financial control and compliance.
Duties will include ensuring an appropriate balance sheet structure and balance sheet controls are maintained for the legal entity. You'll also provide support to the AP and AR process whilst managing cash flow and working capital. You'll ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance of group requirements whilst working closely with group tax to complete all necessary returns. Other responsibilities will include standard costs revision and leading on the planning and budgeting process.
What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with good technical accounting skills and previous site manufacturing experience
