An excellent position has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a top 100 commercial law firm. This fantastic Bristol office provide high quality advice to clients in the public, private and third sectors.
You will be a Commercial Property solicitor with at least 3 years PQE or more and will be able to take on an existing caseload within a busy property team. You will be advising on a full range of property matters in the social housing market with a particular focus on land acquisition and development work for clients.
It is essential to have experience of development work, preferably with Housing Associates. Experience of housing related property work would be desirable, but not essential.
This department has experienced significant growth winning major high profile projects and clients across the country. There is real opportunity for promotion and progression for the right person.
