Head Of Sourcing

The role requires a Procurement professional who can lead and develop a sourcing function across a broad range of medical / surgical categories.

What will your day to day activities as Head of Sourcing include?

You will be a key part of the company leadership team and will play a key role is shaping the direction and strategy of the business moving forwards.
You will oversee complex multimillion–pound strategic souring initiatives that will put in place agreements to ensure value add and risk mitigation. These are high complexity, risk and spend categories.
You will lead the team to consistently demonstrate success and promote the function with stakeholders across the wider business along with external suppliers.
You will oversee supplier relationships and strengthens customer relationships by representing the organisation at the highest standards.
You will continue to develop your team and each individuals personal career goals within the organisation. What will you need to be considered for this opportunity?

Proven track record of delivery within a leadership role whereby you have led on business strategy, developed team structure, and nurtured individuals.
Demonstrate extensive experience of strategic sourcing across a broad range of goods and services. Specific experience within Medical / Surgical / Consumables desirable.
Experience of managing and influencing multiple stakeholders internally within the business and externally with suppliers and end customers. What is on offer?

GBP75,000 to GBP80,000 dependent on experience
