Due to continued growth and new business wins, our client, an international Healthcare Advertising Agency, is currently seeking an Account Director to join their advertising and branding team and be based in their offices in Surrey.
As an Account Director, you will act as the internal agency champion for the client brand and lead on creative and campaign project delivery driving consistency across the team. You will work closely with the Management Team and with have responsibility for the development of your own team.

*Responsibilities:*
* Manage process to create best–in–class campaigns
* Develop a good understanding of the existing brand strategy and the creative imperatives on assigned accounts
* Ensure adherence to brand vision and guidelines to create cohesive, persuasive and brand consistent materials
* Proactively take an integrated view of any creative campaign to futureproof for adaptability across multiple channels
* Manage and support team members
* Manage external agencies and freelancers
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*
* Educated to degree level
* Previous experience in working in a Healthcare Advertising agency
* Comfortable with both the brand development and project delivery and able to flex nimbly between the two
* The ability to think strategically
* Good spoken and written communication skills
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills
* Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
* The ability to lead and motivate a team
* Good business acumen and the ability to work to budgets
