You will take responsibility for investigative work to determine, document and approve business requirements in support of the project delivery process and in defining acceptance criteria for business sign–off.
Works iteratively with stakeholders to identify and document project benefits available as a result of identified solution options. By necessity, this iterative process requires good rapport skills to engage effectively.
Specify as–is and effective to–be business processes through improvements in information systems and information management practices.
Support the business through the adoption of process change to ensure new capabilities are embedded and that business requirements are satisfied and agreed benefits enabled.
Previous defence related work will be an advantage
